Take us back to the Great Roaring 20s! Dennis Basso's fall winter 2020 runway show was inspired by the the glitz and glamour of the art deco era. Models strutted the runway with colorful pelts and extravagant beadwork. The whole collection was maximalist with eccentric fur pieces, beautifully dyed garments and striking evening gowns.
A rich color palette of forest green, hickory umber, and deep sapphire evoked calm remnants of autumn in New York. A personal favorite was look 22 which featured a collage of European art painted on the fabric of a floor length gown. The model wore Burgundy leather evening gloves and suede boots to add some edge to the elegant piece.
The show closed with Real Housewives star Lisa Rinna and her daughters wearing neon pink and jacquard ensembles strutting out to "We are Family" expressing the inclusivity of the brand. The liveliness of the show and collection was very Dennis Basso and we loved it!
